In my school, 2 tardies equals 1 absence. There is a setting in Populi that makes that calculation automatically. We also have an academic rule for attendance that states only one absence is allowed per term. Any absence beyond the first, drops the final grade a whole point.
My request is that if settings can make attendance changes automatically for tardies, it would be helpful to allow a second (or third?) absence to adjust a final grade.
Settings does ask for attendance requirements but stops there. Yes, I have set my attendance requirement percentage.
