Add a volume as a shortcut

  When you bring up a title of an encyclopedia or dictionary set and wish to add volumes, can they be entered as simply as adding a copy.  it would be most helpful if located where it says "Add a copy" you could be given you the option of adding a volume.  A sample would be:  Add a copy or Add a volume. That way you could choose the one that applies and as the record is brought up, the volume number could be added to the call number and any other changes could be made as needed.  When someone is then searching under "Search Resources" the title would come up along with the list of volumes

  It was suggested that it would be best to enter an encyclopedia as a "collection" rather than an "encyclopedia" as a type and open the field "It's a part of" to deal with volumes, but I felt there could be an easier way to deal with this.
