Hello Populi team,

Currently, the applicant has to option to enter the email address of the referents. Can you please add a field for their phone #.

  This, and also the name of the reference, would be helpful. The work-around we've been using is:

  Section Heading: "Personal References"

  Then the next question is as follows:

  Field Name: "Please tell us who you will use as references."

  "Field Description: "In the space below, list the Full Name and Phone Number of the three (3) people you have chosen to use as personal references."

  (Link to an existing field = No; Answer Type = Text: Essay; Is this field required? = Yes)

  The next three questions are, "First Personal Reference," "Second Personal Reference," and "Third Personal Reference," each with the following settings:

  (Link to an existing field = No; Answer Type = Online Reference: [Applicable Online Reference Form]; Is this field required? = Yes)

  This has worked for us, though it's certainly not the most elegant solution.
