We would really like to have the option to have a change log on the dorm rooms. Sometimes students change rooms during the semester and we have no way to see the history of what rooms there were in. It would be helpful for us to know when they moved in to a particular room and when they moved out by tracking the changes.

Kristine Gripp I would like this to be a queriable item, too. If a student moves out of the dorm, and I am not aware or able to run a report by date to see changes, I will not know to update their COA budget. Our On/Off campus budgets are quite different so it can change their overall aid eligibility.
