When applicant has submitted an application, then submits a second application to another program, the first application automatically switches to a status of withdrawn. This is an issue for us because many applicants will submit an application to one of our programs, and then also apply to another program. Students are permitted to apply to more than one program simultaneously.
Currently, we can add a second application to a lead — but this creates a blank application. We need to be able to have multiple applications attached to the lead with open status simultaneously. We recently discovered this problem and it's creating major issues for our admissions team, so appreciate a fix soon!
