It would be amazing if a notification alert can be sent to accounts payable when a student overpays tuition or has excess financial aid to trigger the internal refund process.
It would make it easier for accounts payable to stay in the loop about upcoming refunds by sending them a message based on the student balance being overpaid.

A related, super big wishlist item for me all along would be for students to be able to see their scheduled aid expected credit balance. BEFORE we disburse aid so they know if they really even need the full amount of loans we've offered. The way it displays a $0 balance even if they may have a pending $5000 credit balance is very confusing and frustrating to students.
Kristine Gripp I agree! That is ideal for our students as well. It is great for Financial Literacy as well for their long term financial wellness. I second this feature!
