Our current CRM LeadSquared tracks all of our incoming and outgoing calls - every lead profile will note when an admissions rep called and if the call was picked up or not. It will also add a new profile for any phone number that is not in the system already so our reps can return calls/process a new lead based on phone inquiries. We are willing to transfer our CRM to Populi if this feature can be added.

Rex Howe I am also interested in this. I know that Populi integrates with Zoom conferencing. Does it also have the capability to integrate with Zoom Phone? If so, would the integration allow for calls to be recorded in the activity feed for those on the call?
