We would like the ability to batch charge interest on unpaid balances, (Not to be confused with a late fee charged on a delinquent payment).
Example:
All outstanding balances from an invoice over 30 days old would be subject to a monthly 1.5% charge until the balance was paid in full.
We would as well--1% on any balance over 30 days old. I'm surprised more schools do not need this. It should be an easy addition, I hope!
I do not want to be calculating interest manually each month!
We need this as well. 1.5%/month on all out of school balances until PIF.
We need this as well please! Currently we just change one late fee if they do not pay by the semesterly deadline and that is it. However have a monthly interest would be more lenient (at least at first) and more effective in the long run.
