The current system assigns the communication plan to the person that adds the plan. I'd like to be able to add a communication plan and assign it to a specific enrollment counselor.

Patrick Friesen It would also be good to be able to change the reply-to address on emails that are sent. Often our academic dean or registrar will send out the mass email to students, but the responses are handled by our admin assistants.
