When looking at a role, make "active" the default view

The amount of times I want to look at the amount of inactive students, or all students, is dwarfed by the amount of times I want to look at the active students (or staff, or faculty, etc). If "active" could be the default view when I click on a role, it would take out an extra click every time I want to email that role or look at who is a member.
