I would like a report of all courses taught by a teacher

I would like to pull out a report on teachers much like we do for student transcripts though not as complete. It would have teacher's name with a list of either all classes ever taught or a range of years. It would include the course number, name, credit hours, year and semester. This would be quicker than searching semester by semester especially with some who have taught many years. This is useful data to present to a team of accreditation evaluators who are reviewing faculty files. It also allows me to to review all the classes a teacher has previously taught in preparation for future teaching assignments. When I was writing queries for our home build SQL database this was easy. A similar report is a list of who has taught a particular class and what year it was taught.
