I'd like to be able to filter the Applications Table in such a ways as to show zero percent completed over a specified period of time (say, 1 week, or 2 weeks). This would show which applicants have stopped working on their application and may need a phone call and offer of assistance. Currently, I print out a spreadsheet each week, and compare the % completed column with the previous week's, but it seems like this is tedious work that the computer could handle more efficiently.

George Gunn I worded that first sentence a bit wrongly. I meant that I'd like to show zero change in % completed. For example, maybe a student has completed 50% of the application, and for a week or two it has remained at 50% completion. I'd like to be able to filter all the applicants who have had zero change in % completed.
