I would like to have the ability to create a communication plan that can be applied to a student at a particular stage which includes the option to assign To Do's (like phone calls and contacts) to my admissions counselors that are time sensitive relative to the inquiry date.

Kari Dorth Yes! Is this being considered? Currently I spend too much time manually creating "todo" action items to other team members as part of our workflow plan. I would like to be able to automatically set up a communication plan so that when a student status changes (from submitted to accepted to confirmed), it automatically creates a "todo" for another team member.

Adam Sentz @Kari - We added to-dos to communication plans years ago, but didn't update this feature request.
