I'm wondering if the unsubscribe message that goes out on emails needs a bit of refinement. I had a comment from out dean that it was "not a customer service gem". Not sure what to suggest, but I thought I'd throw this idea out there to see if there are others that might agree that it could be tweaked. Here's the current unsubscribe message:
"don't send me any more emails from sbcollege.ca"
Very clear, but maybe too harsh?
