It would be helpful to have the ability to specify an instructor to assign "creatorship" of cloned content to, rather than it automatically being the person who clones the course.
The reason for this is that, at least in our workflow, it's not the instructors who clone the courses, but one of the IT people (usually me). Because of this, all the discussion forums are suddenly in my name rather than the name of the instructor who will be giving the course, which can be confusing. If we had the option of choosing one of the instructors/TAs from a combobox rather than defaulting to the current user, that would be helpful!
