Serving the students and their parents are vital part of what we do. One area we would love to see is the ablility to either login or have access as the student to make a payment for them when they or their parents call on the phone or they are standing before us. We know that they could go and log in and make the payment, but for the best means of customer service it would be more beneficial for them and us if we could serve them directly in this manner.
So what I see: Pull up the student profile>Financial> select wheel> make a payment> see the same window as in Bookstore POS>post to unapplied payment.
