Dear Populi Support,
I think it would be wonderful if Populi Developers could somehow make it so that course builders who are not faculty of a particular course may clone the Faculty Added Discussions, yet show the name of the faculty member that originally added the discussions of a previous course.
As a course builder of courses for future terms, were I to clone the discussions, my name would show as though I am the author of the designated discussion prompt. This causes confusion with the students as to where they should post, since I am not the faculty assigned to the course.
So my idea is to perhaps make a special role of "Course Builder", one that allows the persons with this role the ability to clone Faculty Added Discussions and ensures that the name of the faculty member is displayed rather than that of the course builder.
