Create an interface that allows instructors to take notes on student performance for courses they have taught. The interface would not be tied to a specific course or student. It would simply allow an instructor to specify a student and a course in which they taught that student (include term) along with notes on how the student performed. Other instructors who are teaching those students would be able to view the notes that other instructors have posted regarding those students. Students would not be able to view the notes.
Example: a student has a propensity for turning assignments in late. If an instructor notices this and makes a note, other instructors that teach the student in the future can work to address the problem.
