It would be great if we could just edit the "email all faculty/student" lists by deleting individual addresses instead of having to create "one-time mailing lists". For example, I could be emailing all faculty that have not yet submitted grades by hitting the "email all faculty" for the term and deleting those who did submit their grades already.

Christal Fehr Definitely agree with this one. I know there are other requests out there for being able to edit the email list under the Advisor tab, course roster, etc. Seems like this is a similar request. Would be great if anytime you send an email and it pulls up that email window to "One Time Mailing List", you should be able to edit that one time mailing list. T'would be lovely!

Adam Sentz Dr. Faith Fredrick - You can send an email to members of any Role by searching for the Role (or going to Contacts > People and filtering by role), and choosing Actions > Email results. If you have additional questions please contact Populi Support by submitting support request.
