Enable attachment feature to email templates

We would like to be able to attach documents needed for the financial aid verification process to email templates.

  Yes, this would be extremely helpful for any purpose if we were able to store the needed attachment with the template.  That way when we do a mass mailing with attachments, we don't have to remember the attachments for the one-offs that come after the initial mailing.

  During our registration process I send students multiple PDF's with registration instructions. Having the ability to attach a document to a template would be really helpful.

  Including attachments with the email would be very helpful for me as well. There are always various PDFs that we like to send as part of the application or registration process.
