It would be helpful to be able to set the attendance to not be taken on days that students will not be in class for the term (i.e. spring break, Thanksgiving, Easter).

Keith Graham I just mentioned this help in your other thread:
https://support.populiweb.com/entries/70992968-Attendance-for-non-standard-terms-classes
You can delete meeting times from the calendar for holidays, and other non class days. Though you do have to do it for each course instance.
So perhaps if there was a way to designate holidays and other non class days on the school calendar, which Populi would be able to refer to when setting up a course calendar with meeting times. In other words Populi is told a course meets Mondays at 1-3pm, Populi then notes that there is a holiday on one of those Mondays and so does not place a meeting time on the calendar for that Monday.

Father Ephraim Willmarth I would love to see a vacation feature which automatically deletes all class meetings for a certain day or set of days. Deleting class meetings manually is rather time-consuming.

Sarah Barkman I agree. Deleting class meetings manually is quite time-consuming. And if a class meeting time changes it has to be done all over again:(. I would love to see this feature set up.

Sue Lamphere I agree! Faculty are not going to want to do this, so it might be something that falls on our office in the set up.

Toby Robinson School wide closures can now be set by academic year. Course scheduling will skip meeting times that fall on days the school is closed.
