Currently, if students do not fill out course evaluations, their grades are locked for that course(s) and they see red exclamation marks in place of their grades. Often, they become alarmed and contact our registrar, but these exclamation marks are not visible under the Registrar view. Instead, the students' grades are shown.
It would be helpful if from the Register's view, the exclamation marks are shown (next to the student's grade) with a tool tip explanation of what the issue is. In the above example, hovering or click on the exclamation mark will display a message like "Grades hidden due to incomplete course evaluation." This could help the Registrar be on the same page with the students by being able to see what they see PLUS the Registrar knows the reasoning and can relay that to students.
