Staff users who are in Populi intermittently throughout the day would appreciate a longer period before Populi logs them out. If the time could be increased to 4 hours, they would have to log in at most twice per day. Students come to offices needing help at irregular intervals and staff would like to have Populi screens up and running to respond to student needs efficiently.

David Rhoads Please make this a reality. It times out very quickly because we have SSO and can't set computer to be 'Trusted' Can it be set that Populi does not time out at all when SSO is in place? (like all computers are 'Trusted' because the only way to login is through authentication with our AD through SSO).

Adam Sentz This wasn't updated for some reason, but Populi has had the ability to set trusted devices, and stay logged in indefinitely, for some time.
@David - Since this is technically completed, I'd recommend submitting a new request for Trusted Devices via SSO (which is on the radar).

David Rhoads Thanks @Adam

Janice Dirksen Is there a way to be logged in indefinitely? I am about to take my final exam that has no time limit and is an open book exam. If Populi times out it will think I have finished writing my exam when in fact I am simply be going through my notes to find an answer. There are no retakes and I don't want to get a low grade just because Populi automatically logged me out.

Adam Sentz Janice Dirksen - You can set your device to Trusted which will disable the timeout. More info here.
