Certain staff need to be able to see a student's class schedule. As far as I know, the only roles that can see this are Registrar and Advisors. Could there be an area that the current class schedule for a student be seen by staff members?

Stephanie Penner It would be great if another user role can be added to allow people to see student schedules. We have many staff in our student life department who need to coordinate meetings and events with groups of students. Seeing their schedules would help with this task.

Adam Sentz Just want to note here that student schedules are protected by FERPA so opening this to the Staff role probably wouldn't be viable.

Stephanie Penner I recognize that all staff should not have access to the role. We have a number of staff who work with student employment. Knowing student availability (ie class schedules) has been important in assigning shifts. How do other schools deal with this?
