We need some means of showing wait listed classes on the student's account. Students need to be full time for financial aid and sports participation. We know they will be full time by the start of the term, but billing and Fin. Aid don't have a way of knowing the student will be full time and assume the student is under enrolled, and therefore does not qualify as a full time student. The work around is to create a dummy class as a place holder, showing the student will be full time.

Delise Mitchell I agree. It is time consuming having to reach out to students to ask them to register for additional credit, and they in turn respond stating that they are on a waiting list. This does not look good from the Registrar's office standpoint.
In our prior database, we had the capability to view a student's registration each semester and see their waitlisted courses as well. It would be great to have that capability again.

I wish we had the same view of courses when registration is closed as we do when it is open (or at least a view of waitlists on a student's profile). When I am looking at student's under 12 credits, I don't know if it's because they are choosing to be part-time or if it's because they are on multiple waiting lists; the searching begins. Student's are in my office all the time asking about the status of their queue on the waitlist and the only way for me to see that is by asking what class and what section (if they remember) they tried registering for.
