Data slicer - add action item for clearing the slate

When you have been in the system all day and run a report in the data slicer it hangs out there, which is good in some cases.

If you then want to create a brand new report, you can't get rid of the report.  It will allow you to save the current report as something new and then you have to modify everything.  It will also allow you to open some other existing report.

Can there be an option for "create new report" that clears the slate and lets you start fresh?

  Almost 5 years later and this is still a great suggestion. When working on institutional reports, the data slicer not clearing drastically decreases productivity and efficiency. Please add a button that allows for fresh inquiries.
