Right now, the email says:
"Thank you for starting an application with Colorado Heights University!
Click here to view your application.(this is a hyperlink)"
At times, especially during the training of new Admissions reps, the application links get mixed up. For example, Sally's application link is send to John accidentally. Then I have to contact the help desk to move the application and fee from Sally to John's profile and make a new application for Sally.
If I could customize the application link email that is sent to include the applicant's name, I would be alerted by the student before they fill out an app that is attached to the wrong profile. This will save us time, money, and resources in the future!
