We use multiple applications in populi. We have one for Admission and we have one for scholarships. We have our Admissions Application on our website for students to access, but the scholarship application is manually sent when a student has been accepted for admission. When we select for the scholarship application to be sent out, it sends them a generic email that says, "Thank you for starting your application." When the recipient sees this, in there mind, they think "I have already applied" and the email is ignored. If would be nice to be able to customize the emails so that it is for informative and we can give a clear call to action.
