One of our faculty members would like the option of viewing only the applied courses in any given degree audit category. We have a number of categories that includes a variety of options. A student may take multiple courses in that section that will otherwise apply to another category. In addition to seeing the long list of all completed courses we would also like the ability to view just the course that is fulfilling the category.

Sarah Barkman I like the direction of the new option to restrict courses to a particular requirement. This is a step towards solving the issue above. However it needs just a bit more tweaking to make it really helpful including the option to unapply a course from a restricted requirement to make it available to another requirement. For example: Currently Populi allows double dipping between core/majors and specializations. For most programs this is fantastic but we have specialization where the electives in the specialization are in addition to the electives already in the core. I would love to use this restriction feature as a way to make courses applied to the core elective requirement unusable in the specialization but leave the unused courses in the core requirement available to fulfill the specialization requirement.

Jeremy Perrott Being able to filter the view to only applied courses (similar to the "show") would be helpful for us as well.
