I'm wondering if there could be an option to make the minimum attendance threshold a number of absences rather than a percent (somewhat like the tardies). Our general rule is if a student misses more than 4 class times they fail. Because some of our classes have more meeting times than others sometimes this ends up being an 85% threshold rather than 80%. I can figure out each one separately and adjust each course's threshold but a number option within the default setting would make it a lot easier.

Benji Swafford Having this feature would be EXTREMELY helpful. We also have policies regarding the number of absences allowed for a course and some of our courses meet more than others. It would be much simpler to enter in the number of absences allowed (or the minimum number they must attend) instead of calculating the percentages for each course type. Also, it would be helpful if an advising flag could be created for total number of absences to notify advisors when students are approaching the maximum number of absences allowed.
