It would be helpful to be able to print all Degree Audits for all students enrolled in a given term.

Make it possible to run an Excel query on all students, filtering for various conditions simultaneously such as a) degree program, b) anticipated degree completion date, and and c) met or unmet requirements. This will make it easier for colleges to correctly judge whether or not to offer a certain class during a certain semester, or to see if students in a given degree program are habitually delaying taking a certain required class.

Ute Delaney I am just trying to figure out which courses we need to schedule for students to be able to graduate. Only the degree audits have this information, and it means looking at each individual student. Please make it possible to get this information easier.

Donna Haug To add to the reasons why this request is important and necessary:
We try to give additional assistance to our Distance Education Students each semester with course recommendations since they are working through their programs on a part time basis.
This year in particular though, with so many changes for our programming, we have to figure out those who will complete their current program and those who need to switch to the new programs and also the course equivalencies. It’s a big job.

Amanda Davidson I would add a vote to this. I need a way to be able to quickly compare what classes are need. It currently is a timely task. An excel report is definitely a huge need. I AGREE with the requests above!
