It would be great to have an area to list student extracurricular activities (sports, choir, etc.) and any special certifications that they earn that could be listed on a report card and/or transcript. We have students that earn certifications in Wilderness First Aid and outdoor instruction. This could be done in a similar way to the honors. We don't want to create a class as they do not earn credits for these items but the students would like to have them on their transcripts.

I'm your school's account manager and I think we have some existing features that would help you out. If you record each student's extracurricular activities as a custom info field, then we could create a custom transcript to include those. Would that work? Jennifer Westman Using the information I received from Joseph, I was able to accomplish this by creating an "Activities" field under the Term Student Field tab. I clicked the box to have it appear on the transcript. When I go to the student record under Term Info, I can add the field and type in "Choir" and it will appear on the transcript. It worked like a charm so I don't believe it will be necessary to create a custom transcript. I will go in and create another field for our certifications. Thanks!
