Hello,

I would like to be able to generate a report that pulls up all the on-campus students, meaning all of the students that come to campus to be in the classrooms. In each class, we have section 1 for those students who are on-campus and a section 11 or a different section number for those students who are taking the class via sync or online. 

I would like to have a way to generate a report or filter through students based on the section they are in so I can distinguish between the students that are physically in class and those that are online.

I would appreciate your assistance with this.

  @Florentin - Have you tried exporting the Enrollment XLS from the Term > Students Table?

  @Adam - If I export the Enrolment XLS form it does show the Sections but it lists all of the sections mixed together for every student and every class. I want to be able to filter through all of that and just get the students that are in section 1 for example or those that are in section 2. Is there a way to pull up just the students that are in a certain section and not necessarily have each class listed but just a list of the students in a particular section. I tried different things but couldn't figure it out. Thanks for the assistance.

  @Florentin - Perhaps it would work to sort the spreadsheet by section number? You might need to convert the first row to a header row, but then it should be simple to order by section number and look at just the section number you want.

  Alright, I was hoping there was a faster way to generate such a report since this way I would see the same student in that section every time they take a class in that particular section, thus needing a lot of editing until I get to the desired list. I appreciate the help.

  I believe it's possible to filter unique values in excel. You would probably need to concatenate the first and last name and then filter out duplicates, and rows with section numbers you don't want.
