I would like to ask to add tables in a form.

When I create a form, I found that I can't create the tables in a form.

  same thing here, for multiple questions + multiple choices scenario, it would be great

  ex. how did you like the course
  ...teaching = 1 to 5
  ...content = 1 to 5
  ...homework = 1 to 5

  Julie Cloutier - That sounds like a Likert question which Forms already have.
