We need word counts for discussion posts. Our students write too much, and we need to reign them in a little word counts will help. Please.

Adam Sentz Remy Lehner - There's already a word/character counter on discussion comments/replies. Do you want a Max Characters setting that limits them to a certain length on comments and replies similar to how we already have Max Comments and Max Replies?

Claire Ngo (Registrar) It's great that there is a word counter when a student is composing a comment/reply. Unfortunately, the faculty does not see the word count once comments/replies are submitted. This is a problem for us because some students write too much. It's such a hassle to copy each chunk of text to a word processor to count. Help!
