Add hyperlinks to inquiry responses, please

Hello,

I respond to Inquiries and quite often it would be helpful to refer the inquirer to information on the web.  Can you please add the ability to insert a hyperlink into an inquiry response?

  I've been meaning to put this request in for a while and keep forgetting.  I, too, answer inquiries and want to send them to our website.  I was just going to put this in today and saw that you already had.  Thanks!  Hopefully, it will get done soon.

  This is pretty crucial for us. Especially at the early stage of the lead funnel, it's pretty unfortunate to be losing leads because we make it hard for them to click links that we're sending them.

  Thanks Sam and Becky. I would love to be able to actually add a link to an inquiry . Most times I want to point the person to our website for specific resources they ask for. I know this is rhe most accurate program information.
