Hello,

I respond to Inquiries and quite often it would be helpful to refer the inquirer to information on the web.  Can you please add the ability to insert a hyperlink into an inquiry response?

  I've been meaning to put this request in for a while and keep forgetting.  I, too, answer inquiries and want to send them to our website.  I was just going to put this in today and saw that you already had.  Thanks!  Hopefully, it will get done soon.
