Please consider allowing the Academic Admin (or whatever role most appropriate) the ability to view any/all submissions to the Activity Feed regardless of the Visibility settings used.
Example: We have scanned old admission file contents in a "File" to the Activity Feed. However, I (Academic Admin) am not able to see the file. My concern is the individual who processed this is no longer employed by out institution. This has the potential to become an audit/reporting (IPEDS) issue if we cannot access the information.
