At our school student's accounts can be locked due to Financial Aid reasons, such as incomplete paperwork, student loans, delayed scholarships, etc. that are different from Business Office locks for unpaid invoices.
There is an issue when the Comptroller removes a Financial Lock that should have remained, because it was placed by our Financial Aid Director.
The Title of the Lock is not important. The question is can you add a "Financial Aid" Lock in addition to the Financial/Business lock? I can see this being a need across many campuses.
