We are interested in using Populi to collect enrollment agreements from our students. Since the academic system has 2 distinct programs with different enrollment agreements we will need 2 types (1 for the school of practical nursing and 1 for the college of nursing). We do have existing enrollment agreements we'd like for you to copy.
1) If a student signs an enrollment agreement in the 1st semester which covers the entire year of classes, if that student needs to repeat 1 or more courses from the 1st semester for example, how can we generate an enrollment agreement with a different amount owed? This will also be the case if they have to repeat a course in the 2nd or 3rd semester as well.
2) Also, do the students have to be registered in a class prior to signing an enrollment agreement? We require them to sign the enrollment agreement prior to enrolling them ourselves.
