Transcript Request Address Update

It would be very helpful for our school if when transcript request comes in there was a place for an updated address of the student.

 

I understand that there is a place to fill out an address for the transcript to be sent. However it would be helpful to also have a place for the student to fill out an updated address.

  This would be helpful. We had this functionality under our old transcript request form, but not in the current Populi transcript request. Populi Support mentioned we could use Forms for collecting this information. It just seems sad to have a transcript request form built into Populi and not use it.
