Can you add a feature where students can self register and then be sent for approval to advisors, financial aid and registrar? I understand locks. We do not want to lock them out, just route the registration through people who need to approve or be notified prior to the class enrollment.

Nate Cameron Setting up registration in Populi for the first time and (don't get me wrong here I love the software) but I'm shocked that this isn't a thing.

Chrissy Coleman Populi has assisted us with a modified automated action for this. Anyone listed as an advisor under 'student info' is sent a notification of a student's registration/ add/ drop as soon as it happens. It does the job.

Colleen Walker Yes I would like this feature. It is not enough for the faculty advisor to receive notification of registration. We would like that student registrations are not complete until approved by their faculty advisor. Is there a way of doing this?

Kristen Miller We would greatly benefit from this feature. It would prevent unnecessary dropping/adding if we could approve registrations before they became official.
