When a previous period item is voided, the void shows in that period, making the student receivable off for the prior period. Could Populi please change the way voids are processed, not voiding back to the original, showing the void, the date the item is voided.

I agree. It would be better if voids posted to the date voided, not the date of the original transaction. Please add this as a feature.
I also agree. I need to search for voided invoices, as well. Right now, I think you have to know about a voided invoice to find it by going directly to the student's account.
With our division of labor, I enter data into Quickbooks from Populi reports, which don't show voided invoices. The problem is that if someone voids an invoice after I've entered the charge in Quickbooks, I never know. I'm trying to reconcile, and have no way to find out if voided invoices account for my discrepancies between the two applications' reports.
