The Academic Progress Report in Financial Aid is set up to select by Term. Many schools only review SAP annually. It would be helpful to have the report modified to be able to select either annually (by financial aid processing year) or with the option to choose terms multiple for the report. Thank you.

Evan Donovan This would be very helpful. According to our recent financial aid program review, they said they wanted all students who were enrolled in the current term or in the previous term to be evaluated for SAP - not just those who were enrolled in the previous term and also in the current term. Thus, to use the Academic Progress Report, I have to export two separate ones and then reconcile the data, which is time-consuming.
That being said, in the interim, I have switched to using the Data Slicer, since all the fields from Academic Progress Report are available on there.
