Adding Filter Conditions to Advising Tab

Hi there,

It would be useful to have more functions available in the "conditions" on the Advising Tab, such as:

Attendance is greater/less than x many times.
Campus
Cumulative functions
Tags
Term functions
etc.

Also, the transcript tab on students' pages shows In Progress classes as a GPA of 0.00, which flags those students, which I wonder if we could turn off, or at least give the option to do so.

It would also be beneficial if we could edit flags and customize flag levels for individual students.
The global setting could work for all students of that advisor, but then they could work those settings for individual students (allowing some less observation, and others a lot more).

I hope to be able to choose certain classes to turn on/off advising for.

As well as change the frequency of reports for each student.
