SAP Policies - Based on Aid type

I'd like to have multiple SAP policies for certain programs, based on institutional aid vs federal aid. 

For instance, or federal aid SAP policy is different than our institutional aid SAP policy, so I'd like Populi to separate out the SAP reporting - different SAP statuses for different aid types/sources.

  This would be great for schools that have an Academic Probation policy that is different than the federal SAP policy that they use, since federal SAP has stricter requirements. Our school is in that category.
