I am struggling with how evaluation data reports in Populi. My request is to obtain a data set from the system and not summarized. We are doing a lot of analysis on our program learning outcomes using this data and how it reports (summarized) required me to spend a great deal of time getting it into a usable format so I can pivot it and create graphs. I need a data set, not a summary of results in a format that can't be easily used. Is there a way to report each individual response as a separate row of data? I am not asking for the identify of who responded to what or how but a data set that is not summarized as it currently is.

Dr. Kathryn Helleman (Faculty) It would be very helpful to have access to raw anonymous data in order to perform correlation studies related to various course measures. Are there any plans to make this available?

Clint Collins We have a similar need in that we do more granular dis/aggregation based on responses to questions within the evaluations themselves, which necessitates the ability to look at evaluation responses as a dataset and not as a summary. This has been a critical part of our assessment process, which aside from being useful for self-analysis, is also a critical to our accreditation reports. Populi staff -- have there been any discussions around this request?
