Degree & Specialization Fields in Inquiry Form

The "Inquiry" form allows selection of "Program," but not "Degree" or "Specialization." I would think it would be a simple change to add those two as a field in the Inquiry form. 

This would be very beneficial to track our inquiries.

  Jason, I agree and we could use something similar. We would love to have a field added that would allow us to track how inquiries heard about us. Have you had any luck with your request getting answered?

  Not that I am aware of. Still hoping this happens though. Our rep said keep upvoting, commenting, and asking questions and it might catch the attention of the developers.
