Filtering enrollment agreements

It would really streamline our process if we could filter or search by TYPE of enrollment agreement. We use several different enrollment agreements (new student, returning student, current student, etc.). Different staff members work with different types of these agreements (advisors, registrar, billing/business office). Currently we have to cull the list manually, clicking into each student profile to ascertain which of the manually applied enrollment agreements we need to take action for. For example, our registrar needs to be able to filter out all the new student enrollment agreements and only focus on the current student enrollment agreements. Currently, all the enrollment agreements are returned in the same list.

So, please consider adding a filter or a search function that would allow us to focus on which type enrollment agreement we need.

I concur that this request would be very helpful.

I like that the Data Slicer has a feature to generate new Enrollment Agreements for the filtered students, but I am finding it difficult to determine which students need a new Enrollment Agreement generated when they have a signed but out-dated version.

The question I am trying to answer, is "Who do I need to generate the newest EA for?". And this would include both students who have no EA and students who only have signed EAs that pre-date our current default EA.

As it is, I have to compare my current student list to the Financial-> Billing-> Reporting->Enrollment Agreements report filtered to the relevant EA update date, then tag everyone who isn't on the list individually before going to the Data Slicer to filter by my custom tag.

Being able to filter EAs by type or version would really help with this, especially if it was a feature on the Data Slicer where I could simply put [EA type/version] [IS NOT] [Our Most Current Version].
