We are having a problem managing applications when a prospective student starts more than one application. For example, the applicant begins an application for a specific program but does not complete it, then starts a new application for the same program. We also have applicants who begin an application for one program, then start another application for a different program.
We'd like some way to prevent the applicant from starting multiple applications. At this time, we'd prefer to stop the applicant from starting a new application with a notice that directs them to contact our admissions office so that we could assist them in either completing the application they already started, or deleting the existing application and allowing them to create a new application.
